Following his SOLD OUT Ulster Hall show on December 21st, Northern Irish singer-songwriter Ryan McMullan is pleased to announce his biggest ever Belfast show at Custom House Square on Saturday 17th August 2019. The past year has seen a phenomenal rise for Ryan, from selling out The Limelight, Mandela Hall and his largest ever Belfast show at the Ulster Hall in December 2018.
Ryan McMullan is a rare jewel in the crown of the popular music. With a voice that’s one of the finest to come out of Ireland, Ryan has been commanding the attention of a rapidly growing fan base and attracting the attention of established artists alike . His stage performance is raw and gritty, but full of heart. Ryan’s story telling within the songs are filled with rich and varied tones and his youth clearly does not deter from his ability to communicate life stories and emotion. Ireland has always been a hub of natural song writing talent and ability throughout history; Ryan epitomises this reputation. Hailing from Portaferry, a small seaside town in Northern Ireland, the 26 year old is a fresh new talent on the singer/songwriter scene and in a short space of 3 years has made his way from the small clubs in Ireland to playing in Arenas to thousands of people. He has had multiple successful tours; opening a 31 date tour with Ed Sheeran in 2017, Playing a handful of shows in NYC one being a headline sold out show in the Rockwood Music Hall., touring with the likes of Foy Vance in America, the UK and Europe, American alt-countryrockers NEEDTOBREATHE, Snow Patrol, Ciaran Lavery and Richie Sambora (Bon Jovi). Ryan’s craft of performing is exceptional and has been harnessed and endorsed by some of the music industries biggest names including Gary Lightbody (Snow Patrol) and Ed Sheeran. Ryan’s future is certainly set to be a bright one.
His new single ‘ Bowie On The Radio’ is out now.
