Songwright to welcome songwriters across Northern Ireland
Songwright to welcome songwriters across Northern Ireland
Local music website Gigging NI have announced a series of new live music events upstairs in the Sunflower Public House, Belfast.
Opened in December 2012, Sunflower Public House is instantly recognisable by the security cage on its front door on the corner of Kent Street and Union Street in Belfast. As a regular host of live music, with regular country and folk live music nights, Songwright – a night dedicated to singer-songwriters – will add to the venue’s growing repertoire.
Hosted on the first Wednesday of each month, its aim is to provide an intimate setting for talented songwriters to perform while giving opportunities to new songwriters cutting their teeth in the business. Gigging NI’s editor Mark Dunn said, “It’s great to be able to host live events in the Sunflower given its history of memorable music nights. The venue shares our passion for music and we can’t wait to showcase some of the music we love.”
The first instalment of Songwright in the Sunflower Public House takes place on Wednesday 7th February with Edelle McMahon and Mandy Bingham. Edelle recently released her debut album ‘Adventures in Narcissism’.Going into the situation, shall eventually slow down and take time for appreciating the moment. http://www.learningworksca.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/004-Testing-and-Beyond-Panelist-and-Facilitator-Bios.pdf viagra samples
